By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any affiliated service (collectively referred to as the “Platform” or “ADMERE”), you (“User”, “You”, or “Your”) agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately stop using the platform.

This ecosystem includes, but is not limited to, its mobile applications, website interfaces, APIs, admin panels, user dashboards, communication tools, and associated services under the brand name “ADMERE.” The platform is designed to support musicians, creators, and mentors through contests, one-on-one mentorship, content publishing, and analytical tools powered by artificial intelligence and blockchain-based timestamping systems. ADMERE acts as both a digital infrastructure and a social marketplace, offering creative expression, feedback mechanisms, and monetization opportunities for artists globally. Any use of the term “ADMERE” in these Terms includes current and future versions of the platform, updates, features, and formats, including beta releases, experimental modules, or third-party extensions authorized by the Company. The term does not include any unauthorized clones, derivative applications, or parallel services outside the ownership or licensing of Aanand Growth 7 Private Limited.

All responsibilities related to data management, platform governance, content moderation, compliance, infrastructure security, and user service delivery lie with this entity unless otherwise outsourced or disclosed. References to “the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us” in these Terms of Use shall mean Aanand Growth 7 Private Limited. The Company retains the full right to alter, expand, license, franchise, assign, or restrict the usage of ADMERE and its intellectual property at its sole discretion.
